This is Part II of a three part pancocojams series on YouTube Videos/Tik Tok compilations of "I'll Be Around" dances. This post presents a small number of selected comments from various YouTube discussion thread about how the dance known as "I'll Be Around" has truly been around for some time under different names before it was recycled in the summer of 2023 on YouTube and on Tik Tok. That 2017 article is in English and is entitled "The Undeniable Charm of Brazil’s Latest Dance Craze". Although that article doesn't identify that club as the one whose members are featured in that YouTube/Facebook video, it's seems highly likely that that they are one and the same.

Read my editor's note in Part I of this pancocojams series after that video. In that note I gave various reasons why I believe that this line dance originated among African Americans before being picked up and modified by Afro-Brazilians resulting in the version of this line dance that lots of African Americans still prefer.

22, 2016 (one day before it was published on YouTube). While the Facebook video has 24,000 comments, the YouTube video only has 112 comments (both as of October 31, 2023). The comments on both of those platforms can still be read as of the publishing date for this pancocojams post.
