This pancocojams post documents selected tweets and other comments about United States President trump saying that he's "the least racist person in this room" (at the 3rd presidential debate on Oct. 22, 2020 with former Vice President Joe Biden and moderated by (Black/Native American reporter) Kristen Welker.

Note: I often use a lower case "t" for the spelling of the last name "trump" reflects my disdain for that person.

PANCOCOJAMS EDITOR'S COMMENTS ABOUT RACISM
The underlying assumptions of some of these tweet is that trump (or any other White person) couldn't be the least racist person in a room in which there is/was a Black person (and/or another Person of Color). Other tweets in this compilation refute this position.
Here are some definitions of "racism":
From https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/racism
"1: a belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race
[...]
2a: the systemic oppression of a racial group to the social, economic, and political advantage of another
2b: a political or social system founded on racism and designed to execute its principles
-snip-
I think that part of the differences between the positions of people who believe that no Black and/or no Person of Color can be racist, and the position that anyone can be racist, is which portion of this definition one uses.
I personally believe that People of Color (including Black people) can be racist (toward other People of Color, including Black people, and/or toward White people) [using #1 of the definition for racism given above for personal racism.]
However, I believe that institutions in the United States and elsewhere in the world, including the mainstream media and the education system foster and reinforce systemic (institutional) racism that has been and continues to be deeply embedded in the fabric of this nation and which fosters and reinforces racism against Black people, Brown people, and other People of Color. (i.e Parts 2a &2b of this definition).

PANCOCOJAMS EDITOR'S NOTES ABOUT THESE SELECTED TWEETS
The tweets in this compilation are in response to Welker's debate questions about racism in the United States.
This compilation doesn't include examples of tweets about responses to Welker's other questions about racism (such as asking about the candidates position on environmental racism.)
This compilation also doesn't include any tweets that refer to other examples of racism in that debate (for instance when trump referred to Covid-19 as "the China flu" and when trump said that only 1 percent of immigrants show up for court dates and that those people who do show up have low IQs.)
All of these tweets were published either late Oct. 22, 2020 or early Oct. 23, 2020.
These excerpts of these tweets are given in no particular order and are numbered for referencing purposes only.
I've added some explanatory notes for a few of these tweets.

“I’m the least racist person in this room.” ... Trump trying to explain away his retweeting of “white power” calling #BlackLivesMatter a “symbol of hate” and his racist policies, to KRISTEN WELKER, the black moderator in the same room.
Welker's father is Native American and her mother is Black.

True, based on our working definition or racism a member of a marginalized race can’t be racist against a member of the race in power (white people), but there’s such thing as internalized racism, and marginalized races can exhibit racism towards other marginalized races

Nope they can’t .. racism is based on a system where the belief that one race is superior. So no a non white person can b bigoted or prejudice but not racist.

Trump consistently says “I am the least racist person in the
room” as he squints into the audience as
if to say I can’t see the black and brown people out there in the dark.
Einstein, I am sure, never said “I am the smartest person in the room” even though he obviously was. If you are the smartest or least racist there should be no need to proclaim it. You demonstrate it.

Trump’s answer of being the ‘least racist person in the
room’ smacks to me of saying he’s a racist but not as big a racist as everyone
else in the room. Nothing to be bragging about.
