"Talking trash" is a form of self (or group) bragging. "Self (or group) bragging and/or insulting another person or persons are the two main components of certain forms of African American social communication. Examples of these two communication styles are found in "the Dozens", Blues music, Hip Hop, and Stomp And Shake Battle Cheers, to cite a few examples.
In the context of basketball trash talking, "This is my house" means "This is my place"; "I'm in charge here". "I rule this game".
In the showcase video that is embedded in this pancocojams post, the youngest boy is imitating the words and mannerisms of much older Black males who he has heard and seen say "This is my house" to taunt their competitors while they are playing a pick up game of basketball.
