What Records Have Been Used For Prince Hall Affiliated Shriners' Camel Walk Dance? Part I-YouTube Videos 2008-2014

This is Part I of a two part pancocojams series about music that has been used for Prince Hall Affiliated Shriners' Camel Walk (dance) that is also known as "Riding".

This post presents a compilation of links to YouTube videos of PHA Shriners Camel Walks ("Riding") from 2008-2014. The titles of the record and their recording artist/s for each of the videos in this compilation are almost always given as part of the summary of those videos.

This compilation documents how the music for PHA Shriners Camel Walks changed from what appears to have been the "go to" (almost always used) record "White Horse" by the Danish duo Laid Back to various African American R&B/Hip Hop records including George Clinton's "Atomic Dog",  Too Short's “Blow The Whistle", Drake- “Started From The Bottom", and Mystikal's Here I Go".

The PHA Shriner's "Camel Walk" is also known as "Riding". That processional, circular movement is very similar to historically Black Greek letter fraternities and sororities synchronized movements that are known as "strolling".
