NYE @ an event called 'Beautiful' held in the Park Plaza Hotel. This event / dance Hall has been running for three years consecutively as you can see from the general turn out.
I must add who ever say's we can't work together is wrong. This clip was captured by chance to illustrate the general power of the people who wanted to demonstrate happy times, culture and community. Need I say more? It is what it is so view for yourselves and appreciate a common goal we all share not forgetting a classic moment of dancing formation in style bringing in the 2010.
This stuff is starting now - Just keep doing what you do...

10-10-09 will always stay in my mind, because that's the day Nana & Russell Odartei Evans had their traditional wedding at home. Then in the evening they had what will go down as the best engagement party ever!!!! & the crowning was everyone joined in the CANDY DANCE !!!.

Here are two comments from that YouTube video's discussion thread:

Shom, Nov 28, 2016
A well executed electric slide carried out at a wedding in
the Brewery Moorgate London. If you don't know the dance then now you do. The
original electric slide is actually from Marcia Griffiths - Electric boogie
song in 1976 (released 1982)
