This post showcases five videos of HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) show style marching bands entering football stadiums. The video that is given as Example #1 features nine HBCU marching bands. Videos #2 - #5 feature additional HBCU marching bands.

Example #1: HBCU Bands Stadium Entrance Comparisons

Special Projects for my students to assist in explaining various styles of HBCU bands and traditions when entering stadiums. Pay close attention to the differences in arm movement, horn swing, knee lift style, even various ways (if any) head movement to show off plumes and helmets.
