From
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillcrest_College
"Hillcrest College (or Hillcrest, also informally referred to as Crest) is an independent, co-educational, boarding and day high school in Mutare, Zimbabwe"...

According to online sources, the term "college" in Southern Africa (i.e. Zimbabwe, South Africa etc.) means "secondary school" or "high school". Students who attend college in Southern Africa are 13 years of age through 18 years of age. In contrast, in the United States students attend colleges (universities) post high school (12th grade). In the 2000s the usual beginning age of students in the United States who are beginning college/university (i.e. are freshmen) is 18 years old.
