INFORMATION ABOUT RYAN HALL
From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Hall,_Y%27all
"Ryan Hall (born March 9, 1994), known as Ryan Hall, Y’all, is an American YouTuber, TikToker, and an Internet personality.[3] As of June 17, 2024, Hall has accumulated over 1.8 million followers on TikTok. On his primary YouTube channel, Hall currently has over 2 million subscribers and over 231 million views. Hall has a secondary YouTube channel, "Ryan Hall, Y'all XTRA," that currently has over 748,000 subscribers and over 107 million views. Hall also has a tertiary YouTube channel "The Y'all Squad" that currently has over 40,000 subscribers.
Early life and education
Hall was born in Pikeville, Kentucky,[2] and went to
Mississippi State University to pursue broadcast meteorology, while working at
WYMT-TV. However, Hall chose to leave his degree program and WYMT-TV to work
more in the field.[2]
[...]
Charitable work
In March 2023, Hall's subscribers raised $120,000 to help
victims of the Rolling Fork and Amory, Mississippi tornadoes, along with
supplies and meals.[7] In the following months, Hall established "The
Y'all Squad", a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization to provide relief to
storm victims.[7] Hall also created a third YouTube channel "The Y'all
Squad" for his non-profit; here he periodically releases content showing
how donations have been used to help victims affected by natural disasters. In
May 2024, Hall's subscribers raised $93,000 after an EF4 tornado hit the town
of Greenfield, Iowa. "The Y'all Squad" was able to help storm victims
with supplies and meals hours after the tornado struck the town.[8]"...

Ryan Hall is a White American male from the state of Kentucky.
I've not been able to find any online confirmation of this, but I believe that Ryan Hall's use of the word Y'all" in his screen name and his other ventures (his squad of meteorologists, storm chasers, and other staff, the name of his non-profit organization, and the names of his YouTube channels) mirrors the way that he begins his videos by saying something like "I'm Ryan Hall, y'all". Instead of saying "y'all", a standard English way of introducing himself on those videos would be "Hello, everybody. I'm Ryan Hall".
"Y'all" is an informal singular or plural pronoun that is most closely associated with the American South, but it has long been regularly used by many Americans regardless of their race, ethnicity, or geographical region.

predicting over 100mph winds. Check out the information of Tampa Docks and how
important it is and all the protections having to be taken care of. I have
loved ones and friends in that State. Mom and grandma , grandchild and great
great great grandfather buried there. 6 in he's of rain every hr. in itself is

'What I appreciate the most of your coverage is that you work
TOGETHER - - You Appreciate Each Other - - What Each Person Can Bring To Inform
and Help Out in the Report = =And No Over the Top Put On Voices - Mainstream
Media Hypes Up and Jacks Up My Adrenaline - I don't need their voices and over dramatic
faces making things more "exciting" - - Leave People Some Room to
Think and Feel and Consider What is Being Shown - Thanks."

"Having just gone through Helene in our WNC home (we came
through just fine, but not so many around us), and then to see our home (Vero
Beach)/family/friends under fire. Thank
you so much for your dedication to
giving accurate timely info without the hype that so many weather add
these days. I shared y'all's link with
so many who were on the ground and elsewhere.
We are all appreciative. God
bless y'all!"

"Thank you for all of your work yesterday. I live in Jupiter, Florida, basically in
between Port St. Lucie and Wellington/Loxahatchee, Florida. While the Weather Channel was busy airing
commercials instead of disseminating useful information, your team was quick,
on point, and kept a lot of people safe—at least as much as possible. Thank you for all of your work."
**
53. @alistairblaire6001
"You guys are setting the standard for excellence in weather
coverage. This stream was everything I could have wanted in this type of
coverage. Factual, scientifically backed, warnings and alerts to locales about
to be hit by either this hurricane or the many tornadoes that were spawned. You
guys are killing it. I’ll recommend this channel all day long for anyone
looking for coverage of severe weather."
**
54. @SnailHatan
"This was a wild one. Over 50 tornado warnings in just a few
hours, and then a powerful hurricane. You guys killed it"
**
55. @Tedsma
"I have spent many a tornado warning in IL under my stairs
with you, Andy and the team keeping me calm and informed. I was able to share
your link with so many friends and family in Florida and you helped them too.
Thank you so much for all y'all do! I made several donations and will continue
to in the future. I hope you all get some rest."
