A "video short" is a very brief video that continuously repeats itself.
These videos shorts appear to have been filmed with children from a Catholic children's organization in Ibadan, Nigeria (West Africa).
It appears that the letter "J" may have been the first letter that was chosen for a video of this game. However, there's no letter order for this game and there's no order or criteria for the names that players chant except that they start with the chosen letter.

ONE WAY TO PLAY THE "NAMES IN THE BIBLE" THAT START WITH __" CHANTING GAME*
1. People sit or stand in a group.
2. Players establish the order that each person speaks. For example, the order of players can be established by the first people who call out #1, #2, #3 etc..
This order of players is maintained throughout that game, with the next player taking the place of a player who is out.
3. The entire group performs a beat by clapping their hands and stomping their feet. This beat is maintained without pausing throughout the entire game.
4. A group leader or designated person apart from the players chants:
"Names in the the Bible
Names in the Bible
Names in the Bible that start with [the letter that person randomly selects]".
5. Person #1 then chants a name in the Bible that starts with that particular letter. These can be people's names or place names.
6. If the name that is chanted actually begins with that letter, the entire group chants "is a name that starts with [the selected letter.]
7. The next player immediately calls out another name that starts with that letter .
8. If the name that is chanted actually begins with that letter, the entire group chants "is a name that starts with [the selected letter.]"
This pattern continues throughout the game.
Players are out if they can't think of a name, if they say a name that doesn't start with that letter, or if they take too long to say a name with that letter (because that would mess up the chant's beat).
The winner of the game is the last person who remains in the game.

Each of the showcased video shorts of "Names In The Bible That Start With __" that I have come across from @catholickidsIbadan feature young Nigerian girls and boys seated outdoors on a building's steps. A person off-camera introduces the game by chanting "Names in the Bible, Names in the Bible, Names in the Bible that start with __ [randomly calling out a letter of the alphabet].
These videos doesn't explicitly present this activity as a game. However, I've done so because it reminds me a lot of the United States hand games known as "Concentration 64" and similar titles. (I wonder if the creator/s of these "Names In The Bible That Start With" videos were influenced by the Concentration 64 hand games). Given that this "Names In The Bible That Start With __" chant seems so similar to that hand game, it certainly would be easy to imagine it being played as a hand game, with two or more people performing a hand clap routine while a designated person in that group says the introductory "Names in the Bible etc." lines.

NAMES IN THE BIBLE THAT START WITH "Z" VIDEO
@catholickidsIbadan; Demmy91, 2024
-snip-
Pancocojams Editor's Note: The children in this this video pronounce the letter "Z" as "zed" instead of "zee".
"Zed" rhymes with the English word "bed" or the English word "said". This is the way that the letter "z" is pronounced in British English and therefore in many other parts of the world while "zee" is the way that that letter is pronounced in American English.
Most of these names that start with "Z" are far less familiar to me than the names that start with "J" or "A" in those other videos. I showcased this video because of I wanted to point out the differences between the British English and the American English pronunciation of that letter.
