"Best Verzuz Ever....this music was used to create babies ,
get BBQs started , Gave you energy to clean your houses on Sat mornings , used
to help couples make up after an argument etc. Guys didn't even need game to
talk to women back then. Just push play and let these groups talk for you lol."

I remember my parent's would have date nite at hme, they would shut it down send me my lil brother and sister 2 bed! Then we would sneak out to see what they were up to and we'd get shut dwn again Lol.. but they would set up den, I dnt know bout yall but they had the lights dwn, with drinks and appetizers they would be slow dancing, To all this music Isley Brothers, Earth Wind And Fire, Luther Vandross etc.. For me, that was magical seeing black love and the music that went with it. That why I love this music, and appreciate THESE artists today! All classics"

"When music was music. When hope of a better world was
seemingly in our grasp. When we had nothing but each other. When the smell of
the grill alerted you that there’s a hotdog in there with your name on it. When
the block party went on without conflict although the party ended for us when
the streetlights came on it was still unforgettable."
