This pancocojams post documents the number of Kwanzaa songs that are on YouTube as of December 9, 2018.
Links to these songs are included in this post along with total view (as of December 9, 2018 around 10 AM-11:30 AM) statistics. Some of these entries include genre, brief quotes from the summaries of some of these videos/sound files, and other brief notes about these entries that I wrote.
The content of this post is presented for cultural and educational purposes.

My attempted transcription of the lyrics for that song are found in that video's discussion thread. This song is rather catchy. It includes English and Swahili lyrics. For instance, she sings "Habari gani,watoto wangu". "Habari gani" is a widely used Swahili greeting that is often translated "What's the news". "Watoto wangu" is Swahili for "my children". However, she then sings the Swahili word of the seven days of the Kwanzaa celebration and sings something like "wate [pronounced "wah-tay] wangu" after each day. Google translate gave no translation that meant anything for that word "wate". I'd appreciate any help with that transcription.

Judging from the comments to this songs' YouTube sound files, "O Kwanzaa" appears to be relatively well known (compared with most other Kwanzaa songs*) among elementary school children in the United States. A number of children in those discussion threads wrote that they sung this song as part of their school's Christmas programs.
"Habari gani" is incorrectly written with question mark after the words. That’s not how it’s usually sung or said in the context of Kwanzaa"
*Quaver Music's "Kwanzaa Celebration" is another Kwanzaa songs that appears to be well known among certain elementary school students in the United States, based on their YouTube comments. This doesn't mean that these songs are sung in every elementary (usually k-6th grade) in the United States.
