This pancocojams post provides excerpts from two pdfs of popular names that were given to non-Hispanic Black males* who were born in New York City in 2013 and who were born in 2016.
These names are from birth certificates that were provided to New York City's Department of Health. In addition to indicating how those names rank in popularity, these pdfs indicate the number of children born in New York City who were given that particular name (the "count.") Names with the same number have the same count. Those numbers aren't given in this pancocojams post.
These lists given without any editorial comments. Please share your observations about these lists in the comment section below.

DEFINITION OF "HISPANIC"
*"Hispanic" is a term that is used in the United States that includes people who are Black. Here are quoted from a September 2020 article entitled "Who Is Hispanic?" https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2020/09/15/who-is-hispanic/

are they counted in public opinion surveys, voter exit polls and government
surveys such as the 2020 census?
