INFORMATION ABOUT MR. LEO
From http://www.culturebene.com/17237-mr-leo-biography.html Leo Biography
par 2 juillet [July] 2015
"Mr Leo, born FONYUY NSOBUNRIKA LEONARD on the 31st August 1990 is a Cameroonian singer-songwriter and artist. His stage name is Mr. Leo coded Philantropic.
Early life
Boy from the Barracks
Mr LEO was born in Buea and grew up in a small military camp called “Waders Barracks” at “Clerks Quarters” around the center of Buea, the South-Western part of Cameroon. The camp was small but a real ghetto on its own full of love, hate, violence, poverty, 80% soldiers (mostly the men) and , 15% farmers (mostly the wives), love amongst kids and conflicts amongst parents trying to bring their military lives into their homes yet everyone so hardworking. Twelve years later, Mr LEO moved to another small town (Molyko) still inside Buea where his life as an artist took off.
Mr Leo is the third in a family of four siblings with an elder sister as the first, an elder brother the second, and a kid brother the last.
Three years into his new town (Molyko), Mr.Leo joins a school choir (The Breakthrough Voices). This choir was full of amazing singers but his singing at that time was so poor that the choir did an album and he was not opportune to sing on a single track. From that moment he knew singing was not for him and so many times he wanted to give up but a few singers in the choir (Salatiel, Blaise-B) brought him close and will always tell him “there’s a difference between someone who cannot sing at all and someone who can but doesn’t know yet how to use his or her voice”. He became so close to salatiel and they will meet every morning at Salatiel’s place and vocalize and since Salatiel was a pianist, he will play and they sing together and gradually, his singing got better. About a year after, Salatiel started working in a studio (M1 Studio) and once a while Mr Leo will go to his job site and just sit and watch him work. Just being around and seeing how people made music and recorded tracks gradually stirred up that anxiety in him to be like them and that was when he started dreaming of becoming a musician. Sometimes he was stopped from entering the studio and even when he did get in, he got booted out but he didn’t stop going and his passion for music only grew bigger. In a little while, Salatiel patched him with one of the smaller engineers in the studio and they did some tracks together. People would listen to them, laugh and took piece of mockery on them but they took heed to Salatiel who would always make some corrections and run them for a rerecord. BETTER still, record another track to check in the Leo Progress. Despite opposition from Parents who offered education first, Mr Leo will always snick out and book studio sessions to do demos. Taking inspiration from great artists like Seal, Lemar, Garou, 2face Idibia, his singing got better and better and so did his song writing skills.
In 2010 Salatiel himself started producing songs for Mr Leo and has been his music partner and producer ever since. The Leo-Salatiel bond then invested « focus » on Mr Leo adopting a unique style with fragrance of originality. A year after, Salatiel came up with a record label “Alpha Better Records” and Mr Leo was his first signed artist. They recorded songs time and again trying to find the perfect song to use as Mr Leo’s first single. A song that will cut across English and French Cameroonians and Africans, cut across the youths and the aged. Early [2]014 they came up with the single “E Go Better”. It’s cool nature, charming lyrics and melody touched everyone who came across it. A few months after, having taking spot in the Singit Cameroon 2014 Talent scout (where Mr. LEO humbly aired his voice), the Singit it immidiately took special interest in A voice so rich and so rare. They got in contact with Julia L Gham(producer of the Singit Cameroon), President of the “The PowerHouse Ent.Inc » in America who partnered with “Alpha Better Records” and provided their full support in other to boost up the productions and promotion of the single “E Go Better” and production of Mr Leo’s first album.
Mr. Leo has his fans at heart and with an everyday experience, he speaks to the world through music. He released his 2nd official single “On Va Gérer” after the success of the 1st entitled “E Go Beta”. “On Va Gérer” is an expression in French meaning “We shall manage”. This is a continuation of his 1st single.
It is clear that things aren’t better yet but it shall definitely be better if we manage. Unlike the 1st single, he decides to go a little bit in a dancing rhythm with a typical afro beat produced by his label mate Salatiel.Discover Mr.Leo. Call him Philanthropic.

I took the liberty to quote this entire article ("as is") for historical and cultural purposes only.
By the way, if the birth date for this singer that is given in this article is correct, then Mr. Leo's astrological sun sign is actually "Virgo". However, the astrological sign Leo might be dominant in his natal chart (meaning that he could have other Leo placements in his natal chart such as his Ascendant, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter etc). And the experiences that are cited in this article, Mr. Leo definitely seems like those of a person whose dominant "energy" is Leo, including his use of his second nickname "Philantropic"."
General information about the astrological terms "natal chart" and "leo dominant" are given in the Addendum below.

I believe that this song includes words from the following languages:
French [most of the lyrics, including "jamais, jamais" = "never never"; Note: Duplicating words convey intensity; for example "jamais jamais" and "marry marry". I transcribed "marry marry you" as "really [will] marry you."
Cameroonian [Nigerian?] Pidgin English: "na"= is [as found in the line "i go marry marry na you].
"na" "Nigerian Pidgin English Synonyms: Be, To Be, It Is" http://www.naijalingo.com/words/na
Spanish: "hasta la vista": So long; See you later.
standard English: "I love you"; Baby
possibly also vernacular English words ("na na na" = no no no; although these words might be just sung for rhythmic intent.
(probably) a Cameroonian language [?]: "Mukelele"
Lema

*This is my attempt to translate this song into standard American English with the help of Google translate for the French words. Additions and corrections are welcome.
The line Google translate's feature gives this result for "Tu mourras pas si je pouvais" = "You would not die if I could". I think the English translation for "J'mourrais pas si je pouvais" which is given for that line on https://www.musixmatch.com/lyrics/Mr-L%C3%A9o-2/Jamais-jamais is a better fit for this song. If that translation is correct, the word "it" in the translation "I would not miss it if I could" refers to the singer's relationship with the person he loves.
The word "ooh" in this song may be used for rhythmic purposes and may also [at the same time) signify intensity as it does in Yoruba and Nigerian Pidgin English.
*I don't know the meaning of the word "Mukelele". The words "heavenly" and "paradise" (which means the same things) are just a guess. I also don't know the meaning of the word "Lema". The word "darling" (or "sweetheart" which means the same thing) is just a guess.

ADDENDUM- INFORMATION ABOUT THE ASTROLOGICAL SIGN "LEO"
As I mentioned above, if the Cameroonian singer that is known as "Mr. Leo" was actually born on August 31st, then his sun sign isn't Leo. However, he could have other Leo placements in his natal chart.
Here's an excerpt from an article about natal charts:
http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles/understanding_the_meaning_of_a_birth_natal_chart:
"A natal birth chart, also referred to as a birth chart or a natal chart, is a horoscope or astrological chart that is drawn from the exact time of a person's birth, and it give a revealing glimpse into a person's character by analyzing the position of the planets and the astrological houses during the time of birth along with the person's astrological sign.
The three main components of a natal birth chart are the signs, the planets, and the houses. The signs is the 12-fold cycle of the zodiac and describe a circular rhythm and is one of the more popular aspects of astrology. The planets refer to the sun and the moon and the other planetary bodies in the solar system. And the houses will show where an energy could be expressing itself or where a certain tone is received in the field of human experience. As stated by mountainastrologer.com, "The planets show what is happening, the signs show how it's happening, and the houses show where it's happening."
The Signs
We are all familiar with the 12 zodiac signs: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius, Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, Gemini, Libra, Aquarius, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. These signs are basically areas in the constellation where the planets pass through in a course of time. Where the planets are tell a lot about a person's character. When a chart says that "Venus is in Leo," it means that Venus was on that sign on the time of birth, and when it says "at 15 degrees of Leo," Venus passed about halfway through that part of the sky associated with that particular zodiac sign. All planets will pass through all the signs.
The 12 signs have an influence on a person all the time, and the energies of the 12 signs are present at the time of birth in various ways.
The Planets
Each planet in the birth natal chart represents a function in a person's personality. They are grouped into two categories: personal planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars) and outer planets (Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto)."...
-end of excerpt-
Also, here's an excerpt about the astrological sign Leo dominant in a person's natal chart:
http://astroasteria.com/post/130569706473/interpreting-sign-dominants
"Leo-Dominant: With Leo as a dominant sign, you naturally shine brightly. Your dignity, your sense of honour, and your generosity can almost turn you into a solar mythological hero, a knight or a lord from the ancient times. People may blame you for your selfishness, your pride or your somewhat loud authority, but if you are self-confident, kind-hearted and strong-willed, it surely makes up for your little flaws, as long as they remain moderate".
