PANCOCOJAMS EDITOR'S NOTE
This is the sixth pancocojams posts that I've published on the No Kings 3 protests.(March 28, 2026).

Click https://pancocojams.blogspot.com/2026/03/locations-for-some-no-kings-3-protests.html for Part I of this pancocojams series. That post presents selected comments from the discussion theaad of a March 28, 2026 Meidas Touch podcast on the No Kings 3 protests. These protest locations begin with A-L.

The links for the other two parts of that pancocojams series are including in that post.

Also, click https://pancocojams.blogspot.com/2026/03/senator-raphael-warnock-speaks-at.html for the pancocojams post "Senator Raphael Warnock Speaks At Atlanta's 'No Kings' Rally (Shown With American Sign Language Interpreter David Cowan)"

My plan was to publish pancocojams posts today on a different subject. However, I felt compelled to publish this post and this additional post:

Instead, today I've published this post and this one:

In the bottom half of this video an elderly White woman is being interviewed at a No Kings 3 protest march/rally by a young White man.

"That sweet lady couldn’t have expressed my opinion better.  As a ww, this is on ww and as disgusted as I am with their votes, I will NOT give up fighting for our country and every freaking person within our borders.  Yes to the POC staying out of it.  I trust black women to know when to join, if ever.  They’re super smart, savvy, and TIRED so it’s our turn to take the lead.  Unfortunately, the optics of beating on white people does not play well with the masses.  I’ll never understand.  Human is human.  Keep it up, they’re terrified.  If they weren’t, they wouldn’t be trying so hard to shut us up.  Too late.  We’ve come a long way baby and to quote MVP, “we ain’t going back”."

When I said this on a page, I got piled and accused of asking for a cookie when all I was trying to say was it's white folks' job to stand up right now because we have to use our privilege for good for once."

"That guy was not expecting her answers. She shut him down! I hope this video goes viral. Protection for her too, cause you got the extreme loons out there unfortunately who don’t like what she said. I got a relative who goes bonkers if I even say anything negative about the current administration…I mean I feel I need to call the medics kind of reaction…I don’t talk politics anymore as that almost ruined our relationship."

  1. I found this page about the White grandmother who was interviewed at a No Kings 3 protest on Teaching Black History Facts' March 29, 2026 Facebook page under the title "What America doesn't want you to now".
    https://www.facebook.com/TeachingBlackHistoryFacts/posts/a-moment-from-the-no-kings-30-protests-is-going-viral-after-a-woman-was-asked-ab/1272140341769816/

Here's a long excerpt of that Facebook page:
"A moment from the No Kings 3.0 protests is going viral after a woman was asked about the perceived lack of diversity in the crowd.

Her response struck a nerve online: she argued that many people of color may be staying away not out of disinterest, but out of concern for safety — saying that if arrests happen at demonstrations, they can disproportionately impact Black Americans.
“This is not a place for people of color… if anybody is getting arrested here, it’s a Black person. It’s not safe for them and they don’t need to participate. We will walk in their name.”

The clip has sparked a wide debate, with some praising her for acknowledging real risks and systemic concerns around policing, while others argue it highlights deeper issues around representation and inclusion within protest movements" Kings demonstrations continue across the country, the moment is adding another layer to the broader conversation — not just about the protests themselves, but about who feels safe showing up, and why."...
    -end of excerpt-

That Facebook article includes a video of that interview with the unnamed grandmother. The video has the caption "Jake Boys".

"I am Mexican American & I prayed a lot over my decision to participate (first time I’ve ever Marched). I live in the Deep South & it is a Republican state. All was peaceful. I have no regrets."

"We white people need to take care of white people problems. Black people have been beaten, jailed and killed in struggles for decades. I have no problem with our carrying that weight this time."
