This pancocojams post showcases a February 2024YouTube video of Jackson State University's Sonic Boom marching band and the Prancing J-Settes, its auxiliary dance line marching down the street before the HBCU Legacy Bowl Game in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

Judging from a number of comments in this video's discussion thread, for me and for a number of other people an accidental focus of this video is a little Black girl dressed in pink who is watching the parade and imitating the movements of the Prancing J-Settes. 

This post documents some comments from that discussion thread about the Sonic Boom and the J-Settes as well as some comments about the little girl on the sidelines doing some of the J-Settes' movements.
