This pancocojams post showcases my almost three year old granddaughter Jaiya Hughes lip synching at a family gathering in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 25, 2016.
The adults who lip synch compete with each other, but the children's lip synching is a non-competitive show.

Thanks to these songs' composers and vocalists.
And thanks to my granddaughter Jaiya! You better work it!
Love, Grandma.

That's just an adorable kid! You and her mom must be so proud. She's talented, beautiful, and happy. Best wishes for her future:)
ReplyDeleteThanks, slam2011.
DeleteYes, she is loved.
As I shared with you via email, her father passed when she was 15 months old. (I just wanted to explain why you didn't mention her dad in your comments.)
The cute little boy in the video is my niece's son's toddler son. He and another niece's daughter's young son who also performed in the children's component of that family lip sync program are also delightful and creative.
I meant to add that Jaiya has been taking dance classes since she was almost two (first ballet and then Brazilian Samba).
DeleteShe practiced dancing to the records that she picked by watching their official videos and she added her own moves during these performances that were videotaped. for instance, her mother (who had seen the rehearsals) didn't expect her to take off her jacket and throw it to the audience.
Thanks for watching these videos.
